Six animations of your character — idle, happy, wave, thinking, sad and a launch intro that ends on idle — delivered in the formats your plan includes. Studio and expert sets include an interactive Rive file with a state machine (one number input switches moods), transparent WebM and MOV, MP4, GIF, a 9:16 launch video and ready-to-paste web, React and SwiftUI code.

Usually 1–2 hours from upload to download. You can watch each stage live on the job page — analyzing, building the rig, rendering, packaging — and we email you when the set is ready.

Works with your existing logo or mascot — 3D, gradients and text included. PNG, JPEG or WebP, at least 512 × 512 px and up to 10 MB. Detailed or 3D artwork is animated in Motion mode: your exact artwork with bounce, squash, tilt, blinks and a launch intro. Flat, front-facing artwork with clearly separated head, body and limbs additionally gets arm waves and expressions. Photos of real people are not supported.

Yes. On New set, choose Describe it, write a sentence about your character (and pick a style if you like), and our AI draws it in a flat, animation-friendly style. AI design is included in every plan — Starter 8, Studio 12 per month, Done with an expert 4 — and never uses a set; attempts that fail aren’t counted. Pick the one you like and animate it like any upload. Describe an original character: we can’t create existing characters, brands or real people.

Your uploaded character is never redrawn. The engine works from your artwork’s own pixels and shapes — with automated, AI-assisted checks of which part is a head, an arm or an accessory — then rigs them and keyframes the animations in Rive. What you download is your character, moving, not a lookalike. The only generative AI is the optional Describe it tool, for customers who don’t have a character yet.

Yes. Try it with your character places your image, as-is, in three real layouts (phone splash, website hero, app empty state) beside a demo character playing the real animation. It runs entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded and no animation is generated until you choose a plan.

If a set fails or is clearly broken, the credit goes back to your balance automatically and you can contact us. The “Done with an expert” plan includes a private ticket thread with the animator and two revision rounds. See the refund policy for details.

Rive is a runtime for interactive vector animation on the web, iOS, Android, Flutter, React and game engines. Instead of six separate videos you ship one small file (typically under 20 KB) and switch moods in code — mood = 2 waves, mood = 3 thinks. It stays sharp at any size and blends between states smoothly.

Studio and expert sets include transparent WebM (VP9 with alpha, for the web) and MOV (HEVC with alpha — small files that play in Final Cut, Keynote, iOS and Safari; ProRes 4444 on request). Starter sets include MP4 and GIF on a solid background.

Yes. You keep all rights to your character, and you may use the delivered files in your apps, websites, ads and videos, commercially and worldwide, for as long as you like — even after you cancel.

Starter includes 2 character sets per month and Studio includes 3. Unused sets don’t roll over; your allowance resets at the start of each billing period. You can cancel any time from your account and keep everything you’ve downloaded.

Web hero, ad clips and intro/outro sequences are coming soon. They’re listed on the pricing page and will be purchasable once they’re ready; the expert plan will include them.

Checkout is handled by Polar, our merchant of record, which also takes care of invoices and sales tax. We never see or store your card details.

It is stored privately, processed on our own machines to build your set, and never used to train AI models. (If you use Describe it, only your short text description is sent to our AI image provider.) You can download or delete your data at any time from your account; deleting your account permanently removes your uploads and outputs. Details are in the privacy policy.
