Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everything you upload to Charmotion, everything you type into AI design (character descriptions, logo brand names and descriptions), and every Set or design you create with the Service. It is part of our Terms of Service.

You may not upload, describe or create

• Sexual or sexually suggestive content, nudity, or anything involving minors in a sexual or exploitative way, with no exceptions.
• Violence and gore: graphic injury, torture, self-harm, or content that glorifies or encourages violence.
• Hate and harassment: content that attacks or demeans people for race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or similar characteristics; extremist symbols or propaganda.
• Real people: likenesses of real, identifiable people without their consent, including public figures, and anything that impersonates or deceives (deepfakes). We don’t offer face-swap or photo manipulation of real people.
• Other people’s characters and brands: existing characters, mascots, logos or trademarks you don’t own or have permission to use.
• Illegal or dangerous content: weapons, drugs, terrorism, fraud, or anything unlawful where you or we operate.
• Anything designed to get around these rules or our moderation, for example by spelling words oddly or splitting a request across several descriptions.

How we enforce it

• Everything you type into AI design is screened by an automated moderation service before any image is generated. Text that is blocked or flagged is refused and does not use any of your allowance.
• Our image provider applies its own safety filters; a generation it refuses is not counted either.
• We may review, refuse or delete uploads, designs and Sets that break this policy, and suspend or close accounts that break it, without refund for the affected period where the law allows.
• We report content involving the sexual exploitation of children to the relevant authorities.
