Use Rive for interactive 2D vector characters and UI, and Spline for real-time 3D scenes. Spline exports code for Vanilla JS, Three.js, React, Next.js and react-three-fiber, with animations and events only in Vanilla JS and React, and its FAQ lists native and video exports. Rive ships compact .riv files.
