No, not a continuous one. Since iOS 17, widgets and Live Activities animate data changes with SwiftUI transitions and animations, each capped at two seconds, and nothing animates in Always-On mode. An Apple DTS engineer said continuous animations are not supported and called the timer-font workaround an unsupported hack. Swap static poses instead.
